Viva Voyage is a cruise agency with two offices one in North Carolina and the other in Florida. We installed an Asterisk server at the North Carlina office, phones at both locations run off the same server. We also helped set up several software phones to allow users to access the phone system from home or while traveling. Being that much of their business is driven from their website, we also developed a custom click to call website integration feature.

This law firm has approximately ninety digital phones connected to a Norstar Phone System. They have sevral suites in a large office building running on one system. An Automated Attendant answers incoming calls to free up the receptionist. We maintain and support this system including adding new users, moving extensions, changing voicemail menus, as well as providing end user support for things like forgotten voicemail passwords.
