Log Into Your Mailbox And Press 8

Then: 6 Message Notification Options
Press  Admin or 1 to change Message Notification
Setup or 1 to change the 1st notification number
Press Line or 1 to select a line.
Pool or 2 to select a pool
IC or 3 to select an Intercom
Press Chng or 1  If you do not want to change the Line, 
Pool, or Intercom Press OK.
Enter <the new line, pool or intercom>
Press  OK or # to end the number
Press OK or # to accept the line, pool or intercom.
Press  CHNG or 1 to change the Destination number.
Enter <the new destination telephone number >
Press  OK or # to end the telephone #.
Press  OK or # to accept the telephone #.
Press CHNG or 1 to change the destination Type
Press  OK or # to accept the destination type.
Press  CHNG or 1 to change the start time.
Press NEXT not to change time.
Enter <the time when Off-Premise Message Notification is to start>
Press AM or 1 PM or 2
Press  OK or # to accept start time.
Press CHNG or 1 to change stop time.
Press NEXT not to change time.
Enter <the time when Off-Premise Message Notification is to stop>
Press AM or 1 PM or 2
Press  OK or # to accept stop time.
Press  CHNG or 1 to change the Message Type.
Press  OK or # to accept the Message Type and
 return to the Outdial: X display.
