System Shutdown 4 Press SHOW.
BACK NEXT SHOW
Shutdown type 5 Press NEXT
QUIT NEXT GRACE
Shutdown type 6 Press QUICK.
QUIT NEXT QUICK
Shutdown QUICK 7 Press YES
YES   NO
The NAM issues a series of tones descending in pitch when the shutdown is complete.  Wait for the tones before you unplug the NAM.
