Adding New Mailboxes
1 Press Feature 983
Log: 2 Log: (Password) See Below
QUIT RETRY OK
For 2 Digit Extensions default Password is 120000
For 3 Digit Extensions default Password is 1020000
For 4 Digit Extensions default Password is 10020000
Admin 3 Press MBOX
MBOX AA OTHER
Mailbox Admin 4 Press ADD
ADD DEL CHNG
Mbox:### 5 Enter Mail Box Number that you are adding.
RETRY   QUIT
Type: subscriber 6 Press OK
NEXT   OK
Ext:### 7 Enter Extension number that mail box is being assigned to.
RETRY   QUIT
Service class: 1 8 Enter 1 for service class 1
RETRY   QUIT
Name: Freevoice 9 Enter Name using the key pad. When complete press OK
RETRY BKSP OK
Directory? 10 Should be Yes if you want the name in 
YES NO   the company directory.
Msq waiting? 11 Should be Yes if you want to be notified 
YES NO   when you have a message.
Outdial: none 12 This would change if you plan on using 
LINE POOL NONE off Premise Notification.
Alt: ext: (none) 13 Use this feature if you want a second extension to show
CHNG   NEXT message waiting
Xfer:blind 14 Use this feature if you want to add blind transfer.
CHNG   NEXT
15 Press Rls to end session or Next to add another mailbox.
At the extension that you added voice mail to:
1 Feature 981
Pswd:0000 2 Initial password for this mail box is 0000
OTHER RETRY OK
3 You will be prompted to change you password.
4 Folow voice promptes to complete setting up mail box.
