These help guides should work with any Norstar CICS & MICS, or Nortel BCM system with recent software revisions.
If the display shows "A.Configuration" upon login you have an older software revision.

If the login code "**266344" doesn't work try "**797836". If this works you have a Nortel BCM.

Press Feature **266344
Log: (Password)	266344

System Displays	Terminals & Sets
Press SHOW.
System Displays	Show Set:___
Enter Ext #.
System Displays	(Ext#):(Name)
Press SHOW.
System Displays	Line Access
Press SHOW.
System Displays	Line Assignment
Press NEXT 2 times.
System Displays	Intercom Keys: 2
Press Change until system displays the correct number of intercom keys.
The keys will show up above the Handsfree key and cannot be moved.

Hit Release to end.
